St. Boniface Catholic Church is a warm and inviting faith community located in the Village of Hilton Beach on beautiful St. Joseph Island, Ontario. Whether you live nearby or are visiting our scenic summer destination, we welcome you to join us in worship and fellowship.

We welcome you to celebrate with us at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Hilton Beach on beautiful St. Joseph Island. Whether you’re a local resident or visiting our scenic summer destination, you are always invited to worship with us.

Seasonal Mass Schedule:

Summer (May–October): Sundays at 10:00 AM

Holy Rosary 9:20 am

Winter (November–April): Sundays at 11:00 AM

Holy Rosary 10:20 am

Holiday & Special Masses:

Times may vary for Christmas, Easter, and other holy days. Visitors are encouraged to check for updates on our website or contact us before attending.

Sacrament of Reconciliation

Confession is available:

May–October: Sundays 9:30-9:45 AM

November–April: Sundays at 10:30-10:45 am

Our church is just steps from the Hilton Beach Marina and village shops. Free parking is available near the church, and our entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Helpful Directions:

*From Sault Ste. Marie:

Take Highway 17 East toward Desbarats, then Highway 548 to St. Joseph Island. Follow signs to Hilton Beach and turn onto Maple Street.

*From the Bridge:

After crossing onto St. Joseph Island, continue on Highway 548 toward Hilton Beach and turn right onto Maple Street.
